Tom Chi speaks about the prototyping process for Google Glass. At the time of his presentation this product had not yet been introduced to the market. SInce this time, Google Glass was indeed introduced but failed to generate enough market acceptance (i.e., sales) to justify its continuance. Provide 3 suggestions for how he (and his team) might have been able to better predict this lack of acceptance so that they may have designed a more desirable product.

Explanation / Answer

1) They could have tested on a Person continously for a couple of days and check the radiation emition and the health condition of the person, to check its health impact of using it and then take corrective action for the harmful radiation emition.
2) They could have moved from a Prototyping mindset and moved towards a real product look and feel, as the product still looked like a Prototype by taking REAL opinion from end users on its Aesthetical appeal
3) They could have defined a Problem they are going to solve using this Product. They could have predicted a problem that would have been solved by this product.
