You work for a non-profit community organization of 40 full-time employees, most of whom do most of their work at computers. Some employees (about 5-8) staff the phones. Management is concerned about 1) maintaining the phones from 9-5, Monday through Friday, and 2) maintaining and tracking employee productivity if people are not physically in the office.

Brainstorm different possible solutions for instituting telecommuting.

Identify pros and cons of each solution.

I would like to work with an organisation having competitive and challenging work environment where i could enhance my knowledge, experience and analytical skill. (For eg: Apple Company)

The Structure of an Organisation is devided in two parts i.e. Formal and second is Imformal. it should maintain balance between this two. For e.g. Formal structure includes the notices, emails etc and imformal structure includes face to face conversation, provide a freedom of giving opinion etc.

Organisation can also provide environment regarding physical activities like organize physical camp, yoga, gymnastic activities.

Line of communication should also in manner of Formal and Imformal Communication.

Employees of organisation should be treated like family for e.g. organisation should take care of the family of employee in financial in case of the employee met with an accident.

Promotion should be given on the basis of the skill, ability not on basis of the senority.

If comapny contributes financially to the employee more, than the employee will get less promotion and it would create an effect on the employees savings too.
