For maintenance of the phones from 9 to 5, software applications specifically developed for the organisation could be installed into the mobile phones for regular login requirement by the employees. Maintenance of the phones can be also done if the phones are given by the company to the Employees for the specific job with no possibilities of external applications that could be installed in the phones. By limiting the functionality of the specific phone which is given for the work and setting up and specific target would be very beneficial for the organisation to maintain the phones 9- 5.
