2.Project managers are not only supposed to be good leaders or prove themselves in technical arena nut they should also be good communicators who are able to pass on the right message in the right form and right time. Good communication will establish a commonnesss in a team .In every team or group there is the necessity to share information idea or thoughts among the team involved in the project.

1.Effective communication skill is a very essential skill required by a project manager to lead his team as well as make them move towards goal.

2.The success of a project largely depends upon the effectiveness of the communication process.

3.A good communicator in the first instance should be a good listener.The message or the needs of the team should be first listened to through any forms like feedback or queries or need for clarity etc.

4. A project manager should be good in non verbal communication. His quality of voice, gestures and movements should also be positive and appealing.

5.Trust and respect shown to others will also gain the same.These are the cornerstones of a more personal relationship.

6.open mindedness to accept any kind of arguments or conversation should be practised by the project manager.

7.Working as one among the team will definitely yield positive results and connectiveness.

When a project manager head such attributes he will be a good team leader ,an excellent communicator,and a better negotiator with flexibility.

Values play a major role in defin9ng if a culture individualistic or collectivist.An individualistic society depends upon the values of freedom and independence where as a collectivistic culture depends on group harmony and consensus.Individualistic cultures are independent and able to survive by themselves.
