A)If the questionnaires will be filled at home then the employees will not have much time for their personal lives.A better recommendation would be to fill the questionnaires at work during break-time or a time can be sorted out when most of the employees are free.Then the questionnaires can be filled in and a discussion can also take place between the employees so that they can collectively decide what kind of computer system needs to be installed in accordance and consultaion with you.This will help to take a faster decision with instant result and answers will lead to a discussion and hence a decision can be taken in a shortest possible time.This will save time and also the computer system will be implemented according to the demands of the employees since they are the ones who have to work on them at the end of the day.I request you to kindly think about this and help in achieving the task in the best possible way.

4.Managers to should determine the type of operating system employees want,the speed of the data and the networking aspects so that employees can decide what they can choose from.
5.They should provide employees with a databse choice of mysql/oracle to store information of patients in a proper manner and retrieve their details with simple queries.
6.The result should be decided depending on the dicussions and the availability of all the resources so that it can be implemented as soon as possible.
7.The final decision should stand with the nurse forall so that she can hear all the employees and can finally decide.
