Not being a big fan of big words i assume the assignment is to find coconut in a string using regex and (=Any ASCII character(Basically the "."))if so your solution is correct unless you don't need to find the surrounding characters wherin you only need to say "coconut" and the regex will find the string coconut within the parent string.
But i wouldn't act on my words until their verified unless you believe what i have said to be correct.
