So I created this html form for users. Now I want the information on this form to be sent to another person via their email. I also want the subject line of the email to have the date and persons name from the form. I read up on it and people were saying use a php script, however I don't know php that well. I heard that it is fairly simple, could anyone help me write a small php script that takes the information from this html form (link below) Thanks!

it is better to write the php code in the same page and save it with ".php" extension.

make sure your php server compatible for sending the mail.

You can concatenate whatever details you want to subject.

you should have some basic understanding of php.
