So , I don’t really know where to start from. So 2 years ago I met this guy at college and then soon me and him become school bodies where we were both meeting to do school work together and informing each other about what is going on in classes. That we started to talk about what we do for a living and than he stated that he do carpet cleaning but that his van was broken right now. So I offered to help him fix it and work with him . So he trained me how to clean carpets . I worked for him for about 2 month, than he offered to sell his carpet cleaning van to me but at that moment I didn’t not want to buy the van because I know it had mechanical issues but I offered to pay him 10000 if he would sell me his company name also, but he refused , so I went ahead and bought my own van and used the same advertisement a year latter . Soon my company grow and I was doing good . After a few month of operationing my company that person told me that he would hurt me financially. He stated that he would not like to discuss anything outside of school or business related. Until this day after all that happened we still talk and take all of our classes together; but he told me that he would not like to know me or talk to me after college. Lately I been feeling guilty and even thought about selling the company even though it’s succesful . I even offered to buy his business now and he refused. My question is do you guys think what I did was unethical. Do you guys think that we should not talk now? So , I don’t really know where to start from.
