Activity #1:

Uncertainty means you have the information with you but it seems to be wrong or incorrect. You can only assign about the happening but cannot come to any pre-determined condition. In the case of Uncertainty no information is available to you but if you have to take any decision at any moment then it will be based on your assigned strategies which can be unsuccessful at any point. This is all about the Uncertainty clauses in any general business purposes. But if it is for URT then obviously confidence and observing are the two most important factors which may help you communicate with one another in the first meet. In the first meet you seem to have zero knowledge about the person whom you are going to meet but as you start talking confidently a perception create over one another. This will allow the space to talk with one another freely by avoiding Uncertainty.

Activity #2

The important aspects that have learned by me are always to keep focus while in the first meet with an unknown person and to observe his/her intention which the person wants to say. This will give you the strength to communicate positively and you will get the space to make the situation normal and co-operative.

One of the prime examples is when you first join an organization for working you meet with an ample of working people who are new and you seem to have zero ideas, how will they react? It is the point of uncertainty when it is required to focus, keeping the self-faith, and of course, a confidence which will make you comfortable in this situation and you will get to communicate with everyone properly. It may take time but as you observe them an idea will grow in your mind to tackle the situation and to communicate in a better way.
