The officer was wearing his uniform at the time, but he was not wearing his hat, which would have identified him as a police officer when viewed from outside the car. According to a complaint filed, the trooper who pulled the man over appeared shocked when the officer got out of the car. The trooper explained that he had stopped the man because the stopped officer had three antennas on the rear of his car. Discuss the following:

1. I thinks that the officer who pulled over his colleague was definitely guilty of racial profiling because any person can see and sense that who is driving the car and police personnel are given training for these kind of things. So, he was GUILTY.

2. No, the trooper who stopped the officer was making pretext to stop him. It's not illegal to have multiple antennas on your vehicle.

3. No, although the job of a police officer is hectic and difficult but prior to joining the service they are given proper training. They should be aware of the surroundings where they are doing their duty.
