As you already said.. microsoft project is very powerful. Although it is expensive, in terms of giving features and flexibility it is worth for the money that we paid. This software is used in many countries, so almost all people across globe are famous with this microsoft project. In group meetings, these can be used, and listeners also get the content in the slides easily. Using other freeware softwares is not good until you are using single personal use. So I suggest to buy this microsft project.

Yes I consider using Open workbench. Since I can manage my meetings and my work in proper schedule.

Through meetings one can share data with each other. We can get unique data. And also individual can get good speaking and leadership skills. And also sharing data will lead to solve confusions among themselves.

But coming to disadvantages, because of these discussions there will be a lot of confusions , and misunderstandings may arise to listers. And also lack of accountability and responsibilty.
