I need help coding a zipcode. Right now I have it asking for the ZIP code with this custZip = "Please enter your ZIP code"; customerZip = JOptionPane.showInputDialog( custZip ); Now I just need to know how to validate it. A check that makes sure it's digits only and is exactily 5 characters long. I've experimented with numOfChars and hasADigit but couldn't get any of thos sequences to work. I will also be doing this for custPhone = "Please enter your phone number."; customerPhone = JOptionPane.showInputDialog( custPhone ); Where I will use the same code change the string names and the digit number from 5 to 10 for a valid phone number.
