In this discussion forum, think of yourself as the "brand" to be marketed. What makes you unique? What is important to you? What is your mission statement? Create your own SWOT analysis that identifies your "strengths" and "weaknesses" (reflecting on your skills, talents, abilities), and trends in the external environment that could be "opportunities" and "threats" to fulfilling your personal career mission. What are the specific goals that you want to accomplish within 5 years? Also, choose two of the different marketing or management jobs or positions described and compare and contrast the challenges associated with each. One position should be one you would want while the other is one you would not. Why did you pick one over the other?

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself, I'm "Icando". As my name suggest I CAN DO everything and that is one of the thing which makes us unique.

Following are the things which are most important to me:

Number 1: My family & friends

Number 2: "My work" which is my worship

Number 3: My clients

Number 4: My boss

Mission Statement

"Icando do whatever is important to clients & company"

My Strengths:

Hardworking, focused, career oriented, punctual, smart

My Weaknesses:

I'm Emotional & shy

As far as opportunities are concerned, my many clients like me very much because I specially take care of my clients and do their required work well within the timeline. Some of them have offered me a job in their company with anytime join offer.

My threats are our competitors who are always behind us and always try to break our good clients.

Within 5 years of time I would like to open my own company. In my company I will employ persons like me who are career oriented and hard workers. With the good team I would like to reach at higher level and will always focus on customer needs so that we can retain a good image of our company.

As far as current time is concerned there are two jobs in the marketing field.

One job I like is a Personal Banker and other one I don't like is a Insurance policy adviser.

I like to be a personal banker because I always focus on my customers and can help them in a better way to give them a advance banking experience.

I don't like to be a insurance policy adviser because they talk too much and sometimes hide some terms and conditions to sell out the insurance policy which I don't like.

I chose to be a personal banker because the bank shall allot me the client to whom I shall be taking care whereas as a Insurance policy adviser has to create his own clients and to fulfill targets also.
