Depending on what loop you plan on using during your programming it is very important to look closely at the While Loop and the For Loop and determine which one will be more beneficial for your program. An advantage that both types of loops offer is that it allows for one set of instructions to operate on multiple and seperate sets of data. There are some similarities with these two loops, both loops repeat actions while a condition continues and they provide a starting value for the variable that is going to control the loop. Although both loops could be considered to be the same they are also different in many ways. One way is that the For Loop is counter controlled and will exit the loop after it reaches a number of repetitions, the While Loop will continue to repeat itself until the variable becomes no longer true.Depending on what you are looking for within the program, knowing the differences will help you choose which type of looping you will need. I think the For Loop is more robust because it provides three actions in one structure. For Loop not only will exit after given the number of repetitions you want performed it will also initialize, evaluate and complete the increments for you.
