Power distance is all about having power distributed unequally, people in some culture accepts the higher degree of power than the people having lower degree of power in other culture. Here in this video "Power Distance in Business Life" various country's employee's interview that power distance exists and people having cultural communication issues. Countries like South Korea, Netherland, France people gave their views on the power distance and each of the county's employee working out there for some organization had different views. Man from South Korea said that their is a high degree of power distance and is very strict, boss forces other employees to follow him anyway, if he goes for drink then also the employees have to go with him for tye party. Female employees get different kind of treatment rather to males. A kind of forceful treatment is there with the employees by boss. But, employees working in Netherland is somewhat normal and is not so strict and people find equal power and not so difficult. And in France it is strict ou there . Its the example of interpersonal culture in business life.
