B. Employees who work in McDonalds prefer team rather than group. That is why, a team at McDonalds struggles a lot to fill orders and fast the delivery process. If they work as group, they can do all work accurately because group means people who work together to reach certain goals not a specific goal. In this restaurant, we can see different tasks not a specific tasks to do. So it is better to act as a group.
We can observe to complete work, these employees using task interdependence. Generally, it exist, when group must complete specific tasks in before other tasks. So work of one worker effect the work of another worker.
By observing time of delivery, orders a manager should aware of this problem and to avoiding these problems, he should motivate them to divide work among them and work as a group not a team

For some extent it is good when team members have similar behaviours and it is very useful to reduce the disagreements, but if it is too much, it will hurt people in the groups and not good for companies also, reasons are 1.
