hello guys. most of you guys are probably thinking i need help on java, or C++. but nah. im actually learning the very basics now. i have no coding experience which is why all this stuff is just so hard for me. yes,we're coding in LC3- assembly. idk if any of you guys are familiar with that but anyways, it's as low as you can get it, well, not as low as machine language. i need help with an assignment like shifting bits left. i have no idea and feel for the program so if anybody can help me, that'll be great.
