They should go ahead with this decision because by doing this it will penetrate more in the market and acquire new customer base hence revenue will also increase that will increase the profit too.

Following 5 features their website should have

-Clear navigation- It helps in navigating among the contents available in website.When browsing for any specified product the website should clearly naviage to the page the visitors wanted.It enhance the user interference in the website.

- Site Search & Browse- The keywords which will fetch the exact result which customers want should be available.In e-commerce website site search and browse is a must provided features which can helps the visitor in browsing various products under different categories.It should be at ease and website should pickup the appropriate result with a small key words.Filter should also be provided and should list everything under which customers want to filter the products.

-Payment options-A secured payment option should be provided so that customer can make payment by using debit card/credit car/net banking etc.Now a days people are making online payment in most of their transactions.The page should be ease to navigation and proper security measure should be adopted so that pesonal data of the customers cannot be stolen.

-Wishlists-Customers select a product and browse in other category to get any other product.A wishlists should be properly added in the website so that customer can mark a product and checkout the product or add in their cart when they browse the relevant product.It make the task of choosing product easy for the customers.
