The wires form two sides of an equilateral triangle, and so the two

charges are separated by a distance d =70 cm and are directly

horizontal from each other. Thus the electric force on each charge is

horizontal. From the free-body diagram for one of the spheres, write the

net force in both the horizontal and vertical directions and solve for the

electric force. Then write the electric force by Coulomb
