The Change Review Board (CRB) is responsible for establishing the criteria for change requests (ECRs) to be processed on a fast-track basis and Change Specialist I is responsible for applying that criteria. Per the CMII model, 75 to 85% of all changes should be processed on a fast-track basis. If designated as fast-track, the creator that conducts the technical review has the authority to approve their own recommendation.
