I have a project proposal document due in class tomorrow and need help with making theTerms, Conditions and Assumptions part. My topic is Blackboard website, a massively important tool and is full of resources and is useful as a means of connecting to book vendors and their resources.   It is used by students and professors throughout the Texas Tech System. Unfortunately, due to issues of connectability and a poor interface, much of Blackboard’s value goes overlooked or even undiscovered by end users.
