The customer supplier relationship in which I was involved was in the publishing field. I was the Journal Manager in the company, the Publishers were the customers to the setters (otherwise termed as Suppliers). I was the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for both the customer and the suppliers.
Both the customers and the suppliers were in synergy with a common goal that is to provide quality outcome. The customer and supplier relationship compared with the TQ practices and principles such that their relationships are well maintained and they work together to achieve a common goal.
