In todays competitive world skillful manforce in every organisation is needed in order to remain a successful player in the competitive industry. But one of the main problems which occur in the workplace is the lack of right training.

a& b--On-the-job training- It is by far is the best method of training for the new employees as this not only gives practical experience but also the stipend which increase the interest as when one is earning while learning then that training proves to be more effective.

Classroom training- With the help of slide presentations, boardroom meetings, class room study a training methodolgy can be developed and provided to the new employees. Training videos, visuals can help.

Training by books- Lot of stude material is there which can be provided to the new ones in order to undrstand the concept and ways of hospitality industry. A employee handbook can be given with details of mission statement, goals of the company.

Peer-To-Peer Coaching- Understanding things from other seniors experience is what this training is. Knowledge gaps can be identified by the staff themselves when they can’t do something or might be spotted by managers or senior team members who can rightly suggest the training that is needed.

1-Experiential Methods:

The objective is to help a trainee understand other trainess. This is done through attitudinal change. Such understanding helps an individual to understand the ways and dynamics of human relationships in any work situation. Patience is the key. This method helps in increasing the patience level as hospitality demands patience and the ability to listen and understand the client.

2- See and Learn

Also known as observe and copy method where the new joinee is given a specific job and taught the skills by the seniors necessary to perform that work. A trainer, fellow employee or a superior teaches the employee the art of learning by observing and handling the job.
