My new online food delivery company is about to start in a month.
We are planning to deliver from a city to a location around 20km far (which has thick student population as there are many colleges and schools). I would like you to suggest where we should rent our office, so that it can be used for purpose of sorting parcels (if needed), rest place of delivery boys, etc. Suggest different possibilities and their merits/ demerits
Your answer should be your own. I have already prepared this, I am just asking so that I do not miss anything and if I get a better idea, I can use them too. So do not attempt if you dont have any idea and intend to copy paste from google or other existing data. I will spot it easily as I have done before and report as spam to chegg if found so.

You can rent out your office on outskirts of the city as you can get the large area in terms of space where on large scale the parcels can be packed and as such you have to deliver 20 km away from city so renting on outskirts would reduce your transportation cost and save time as traveling from place inside the city to place 20 km away from city would increase up the costs and wastes time too. This strategy would also help you to increase your sales to other places on that location belt as it's difficult to find food for people outside the city so if you are present outside the city then people would appreciate and this would increase your customer count
And the time you save in course of transportation you can divert your boys to other places also within the limits of same km to advertise about your services this would get you more sales
