DB Solutions is a prominent company that has been servicing the community since 1995. The motto for our company is "Servicing Charlotte's Present and Future". Our purpose here at DB Solutions is to customers with the most advanced, user-friendly database designs that can be found. We will do customer-specific database development to meet their individual needs and be available 24 hours, 7 days a week with the best technical assistance team of any of our competitors. Our main objective in our project is to come up with a database program that we will design, plan, execute, and maintain to not only benefit each customer but the entire community as well.

Our goal is to create a database system that will increase revenues and improve efficiency to make DB solutions among the best in the industry with a competitive edge. The scope of this project will focus on a precise timeline for project deliverables, which will require delegating appropriate responsibilities to the project team. We estimate the overall cost to produce the system to be $45,760. This cost along with time and security of the system will present risks, which in time will decrease with better knowledge of what our target company needs. We will utilize the time between February 6th through April 30th to create, complete, and present the most reliable and efficient database to a company who is in immediate need of our services. Our approach will include contacting the “Voice of Charlotte” to discuss possible options to grow their business and manage their database more effectively.

Taking on this project will challenge DB Solutions with the opportunity to take a small business into the future with better innovations and technology. This will give our company the experience to work with a growing business before we take on a much larger clientele.
