I need help composing a decision table based on this criteria:
Give $75 bonus if website is on time and no errors
Give $50 bonus if the website is on time and with up to 5 errors
Give $25 bonus if the website is without errors, but is delivered within a week from the deadline
No bonus if the website is delivered beyond one week from the specified time
No bonus if the website is delivered with more than 5 errors

I know that the table must contain 16 columns, but I'm not sure of how to map this out in the decision table. Please help......
