The most amazing thing that I learnt was that I were able to associate with the presentation and know the details of the content. This allowed me to interact with the audience in a much better way.

(b)

Interacting with people is the very important part in any form. This will let you know the pain points of the listener as well as their expectations with the conversation. You can then mould yourself and your conversation accordingly to keep the interest of the people keep going. Also, if you are talking to aa customer, you can rejig you pitch and get the deal done.
