How would you describe the relative importance and interaction of the other internal elements: Core Competencies, Climate, Structure, and Resources as they relate to maintaining a successful operation? These internal environmental elements (Chapter 3) are largely under management control and are used to influence the organizational activities. What can mangers do to create awareness and utilize these influences?

As business experts we must understand the importance and interactions of various internal elements that prevail in an organization and their relative role in the success of an organization, the business growth and long term visions are achieved using the effective control and usage of these internal factors such as competencies of an organization i.e. strengths of the company, structure and other internal resources.
