Identify the products that people are much interested inbuying

Determine whether the system is satisfactory to the users.

Find the factors that influence customers much in using anonline shopping system and implement best features.

Is the system flexible in serving the needs of customers?

Evaluation paradigm:

For this system, the evaluation paradigm ‘usabilitytesting’ can be chosen. It gives better results for thissystem, when applied because, users are observed based on the mouseclicks or key presses etc. Even various interviews andquestionnaires are also conducted to know the user satisfaction andresponse. As the online shopping system is purely related tocustomers, this paradigm suits much for evaluation.
