My workplace is quite conducive to the quality improvement philosophy. It begins from sourcing of employees to delivering the finished goods to the customers.
Our Total quality management philosophy is based on highly quality conscious products and services offerings. We always try to guide our employees as well as our suppliers that how much quality conscious business operations are important for us. We promote quality through campaign, awareness week , months and reward at the end of the year.
As a company, we are implementing the following quality parameters,
1) Quality guidelines for each business process
2) Campaigns targeting the awsreness of quality tactics and startegies.
3) We ensure 100 percent quality at each stage of business development.
4) We uitilze the tools like Six sigma, Lean production, 5S, Kanban etc . to increase the efficient management of quality.
5) We take feedback from our customers so as to set new quality conscious guidelines.
6) We also integrate our every stakeholders in our quality centric approach.
7) We build ethical and value based managerial approach for our venture.
After adopting the quality philosophy,we have noticed less breakage , lower defects in products and services design, increased positive attitude of employees for making the organization as a global brand in our current industry of operations.
We have also captured no.1 position in the business segment with increased market share and higher level of sales turnover. And , all these happens due to quality benchmarking and guidelines for our buiness operations.
