1. the list is consisting of many firms which are gaints in their segment. firms like walmart in retail, Deloitte and KPMG in financial services, Sodexo in other services and so on. for discussion i have chose Deloitte.

2. Deloitte is the one of best financial services from operaing in US and India. there are many employees who are rendering their services to deloitte. they followed diversified work culture in this firm. they preferd to recruit people from all dimensinos, and no religion or gender or any other discrimination in selection process. it is the best thing about deloitte.

once the employees enter to Deloitte, the firm tires to know what their personal goals and professional goals by doing some research. once it is over, they design a plat form to help the employees to reach their goals. they respect all the communities, regions, nationalities in same way and treat them as similar.

they provide long leaves for pregnent ladies, even after delivery also, they allow to take a leave of not leass than 6 months. they ready to bear all hospitalized cost for both mother and kid. in some cases they also provide leaves for fathers who are in different positions.

when it comes to work life balance, they provide limited work to all employees. they maintains all refreshement facilities to them like maintaining gymnasium, toy rooms for kids of the employees, best caftaria, weekend leaves, family trips to the employees and so on.

3. once the firm is taking care of its employees, the employees also show the same kind of respect towards the firm. they deliver quality services to the firm, helping the firm to reach new highs. these kind of practices help the employees to increase their moral towards their employer and they reverted it with their performance.
