Question
The Project is worth 20% of your overall grade. But more importantly, it’s to demonstrate a level of proficiency in OO design and Java development stated as a core goal of this course – Object Oriented Design and Systems Programming. • Furthermore, the project presents what is likely your first experience with the Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC). • In the “real world”, each organization may apply an SDLC to their own “liking”, but generally, the following sequential and/or iterative stages are followed
Business Needs Analysis / Requirement Gathering: – Requirement gathering and analysis is the first stage of any SDLC process. The phase is basically brainstorming activity around what features the applications will support. • System Design: – An object model and overall application design is created based on well understood requirements. • Coding / Implementation: – As the name implies, the application is coded based on a solid design. • Testing/QA: – As features and supporting modules are implemented, they are tested. Does every component work as intended, and do application features work as expected? • Deployment: – Once an application has been successfully tested, it can be deployed – that is, made available to the user population.
The Choosen Topic is: Restaurant Management System. Please include comments in the project.
