: Eliciting requirements is one of the first and most important activities in the development of new systems that we have discussed this semester. This is one of the most challenging tasks as well. The success of any system hinges on asking the right questions in the Investigation Phase in order to get the right specifications (i.e. requirements) to ensure you can develop a system that meets the users’ needs. Before proceeding too far in the development of your proposed system, you need to elicit requirements from your user base to ensure you fully understand the goals of the system. In this part, you will develop a self-contained, self-explanatory questionnaire that will collect data relevant to this proposed system with a minimum of 20 questions of different types. Demographic information should also be collected but should be relevant. (Note that this does not count in the 20 question minimum.) You may include information regarding the current user hardware platform and typical computing environment should you feel it is relevant at this time. Keep in mind that you need to tie this to integration or current user familiarity and explain its relevancy to the proposed system though. Be sure that you read the Weekly Lessons content on Good Survey Design along with the posted links to be sure that you understand how to generate good survey questions. (Note: do not merely copy another survey you find! Your survey must include appropriate questions relating to the scope of your proposed project submitted for this assignment.) The survey questions should vary in scope and type of questions. Your survey should also collect examples of nominal, ordinal, interval, and ratio data. Where appropriate, your survey should be written to allow data to be statistically analyzed for demographic differences (e.g., gender, age, level of education, etc.) should these details be relevant.

I have decided to do my project on a manager request application. This application would serve as a request for tasks that the manager needs his employees to complete. This can be for any departments of a company.  

I need 20 survey questions as mentioned above specific to the manager request application.
