Yes!

They have a very simple and logical approach and I completely agree with all 3 reasons.

They dont want to be just the listener. They equally want to contribute to anything and everything. They want to learn and implement practically rather than just theoretically knowing about it. It is a modern day approach which can lead to better outcomes and effective results.
They are born leaders. The reason they crave flat leadership structures is so that everyone has equal right to put their point, raise out their voice when and wherever required. Instead to being guided and led by an individual leader, they want to make the path together.
They believe in getting access and being accessable to all. They do not want large hierarchial structures where it is very difficult to reach the topmost person on the ladder; the more the steps, the less the communication, less effective are results.
Bureaucracy :

I am suited for this form.

This structure follows a simple hierarchy :
CEO on the top ; followed by departmental heads - Sales, Finance, IT, Operations; Head of divisons and their teams.
Here everyone knows their roles, they are specific about it and know the in and out of their role, being involved in a single function helps them to focus, perform efficiently and give best results.
As there is a specific department for every function, there is no duplicacy of work, clear clarity about the functions to be performed etc.
The only thing that can and should be improved here is the ability to move across divisons; If a person feels he/she has gained knowledge of one department and is now interested to work in another, basis certain eligibility criteria this can be allowed so that employee can develop fully and the best to his capabilities.
