Explanation / Answer

MBO is called Managament By Objective. :This is a kind of management model which actually improves the performance of any organisation by clearly defined objective. This helps in proper planning , designing and execution of various activities. This will work on predefined goal with clear routemaps and task orientation. This will improve employee motivation, their commitment towards job and also create a positive wokr environemtn with team building exercise and colloboration.

This helps in manager to assign task easily, monitor the task , to have proper team interaction by tracking the progress of objectives achieved. This will also make them to perform well along with team on cumulative efforts and enables them to do a proper employee performance review. Communication channels will be also very transparent to everyone which enahnces trust and loyalty.

Precuations:

Objectives shpuld be well defines
Team should be organised and classified based on skill set and work assigned
Monitoring mechanism should be in place to track the objective progress
2: Moving Averages method uses the past observation as weighted equally. At the same time exponential smoothing assigns exponentially decreasing weight as their observation get much older. Thus recent observations are giving more weightage in exponential smoothing which gives more accurate forecasting results.Rgression method is mostly used for prediction. This works on dependant and independent variables which get a mutual relationship to each other. Basically regression model identifies the dependancy factor between those two and predict the requirement.

Quantity and quality forecastin is required because things cannot be always predict or evaluate just based on quantity , it requires quality element also to be considered in the situation. Such as demand for product cannot be determined based on the demand of previous month or quarter ( which is quantitative) , it also depends on quality of their service and customer loyalty.

3.Organsation is socially united people who are structured and managed properly who all are working for different goals but ultimately will falls under the same bigger objective. All organisation have a management structure which actually determines the relationship between several activities, assignining various roles, responsibilities etc.

If we are working for an organisaion with 200 people it can be called as a proper organisation if there is a proper structure and work allocationfor everyone. At the same time travelling on a samel flight passengers cannot be considered as an organisation because they are not structured or there is no common agenda among them as an objective.
