1. firstly when we are hiring a candidate then we have to hire a person who is having more skills

2. secondly we have to consider the experienced persons and also the people who work very dedicately to complete the work on time.

3. another important thing is that the person should have excellent communication skills because in the project while interacting with the onsite persons or the clients then he has to understand the requirements and he has to clear his doubts at the time of requirements gathering itself from the clients so communication must be very perfect.

4. Another important thing i consider as a project manager is that he has to maintain time sense and also show full efforts on his work and also has to complete the work on time so before hiring the person i will test him in all ways like his logical skills, problem solving skills etc.

5. so considering above all points 5 people are enough for a project because the scope of the project is not too long and and the budget is also more than generous so i will run this project with 5 persons
