This is an excel question and I’m going to try to explain my issue in as much detail as possible. I have a folder called finance cards that contains many excel workbooks for each month of the year. When you go into one of those workbooks it gives you values for certain expenses for whatever week you are in. I also have this workbook called Project Estimates. This project estimates workbook has a drop down menu where you can select the month and week number you are in. What i want to happen is when I select say October, week 2, then it pulls that data from that workbook which is in the finance scorecards folder. Each months scorecard is saved as a different workbook, so I’d like to be able to maybe use an if statement to pull from all of them if I could, I’m not sure. Any help is appreciated. Explanation / Answer

It is possible, by setting the named range in the workbook (book2) which you want to pull into another workbook (book1).

Then click the DATA tab in the workbook2.
