I’m doing a group paper for my Entrepreneurship class on starting a cannabis delivery service company that delivers cannabis from only growers to dispensaries in the state of California. In other words, we are only delivering from Business to Business and not to consumers. We also own our own fleet of trucks. I really need help addressing and answering the PRODUCT STRATEGY of the marketing plan for our cannabis delivery service company because since we are only delivering cannabis from growers to dispensaries we actually don’t have/own a product, so I’m having trouble with coming up with a good product strategy for our cannabis delivery business. It is aspired towards illustrating the targeted consumers and drafting appropriate plans and strategies on how to convey the exclusive and exceptional offering.
