Question
According to Diversity 101, Diversity management is a strategy used for best proven results to find diverse and inclusiveness in the work place. Which has the best practices of being effective such as diverse councils, mentor ships, employment resource groups, for the achievement of recruiting talents (Diversity101, 2016).Diversity in general means having a variety of something. With big organizations having someone different in culture is always a positive factor that helps spread equality through the company to different mentees or sister organizations. So in having to make a choice in finding 3 of the best organizational practices for recruiting, was Bringing your authentic self to work, which was simplified down to being purpose driven,Value driven and bringing a good value to a company. The second best organizational level in practice is Differentiating yourself as a high potential. To do this is to come to an organization with the will power to do a job well, and to ask yourself the big 6 questions. The third best organizational practice is adapting to a company. The way I would justify the implementation to the CEO of a health care organizational in my community would be to advise the CEO of the site www.diversityinc.com to check it out and take a few notes, or even make employees to view it and follow guidlines. According to Yrtha Dinzey-Flores; The importance of listening and giving feed back, building a personal brand, no matter, how far along you are in a career(Diversity 101, 2016).My reasoning for choosing these three practices are because I am currently transitioning into a new job and some of the advice that I heard was very influential to me.

Explanation / Answer
I completely agree with the thought objective shared in the article. Diversity and inclusion has become the need of the hour to sustain the creative and innovative aspects of doing business.
Diversity at a workplace is the characteristic of mixed manpower that provides a wide array of experiences, abilities, strengths, thought processes and knowledge. This range is due to the difference in their age, race, gender, ethnicity, etc.
Inclusion at a workplace is to treat all employees alike irrespective of how diverse they are. Inclusion tries to prohibit any kind of discrimination and bias among employees.
Diversity and inclusion are combined as one unit by HRD to prepare an organization to become an inclusive workplace. An inclusive workplace is one that embraces all its employees and treats them alike irrespective of how diverse they are. The inclusiveness of a workplace prohibits discrimination, enhances synergy and thereby increases the creativity, talent and knowledge of the employees.
