Excel 2013 Insert New Sheet View Issue

Hello All,

One of my users is having an interesting issue with her installation of Excel 2013. Here's the gist of it:

1. She right-clicks on an existing tab within a workbook, and selects Insert.

2. She chooses worksheet from the popup.

3. A new sheet is inserted, but it is zoomed to 60% and set in Page Break Preview mode.

This also occurs if she opens Excel without an existing document. Navigating to the View ribbon and selecting normal view remedies the issue for the current document, but every new sheet or new workbook created defaults to 60% zoom and page break preview.

How would I go about reverting the default behavior of Excel to open in normal view at 100% zoom?

Thanks !!
