Number of lots to be produced = 46200 / 150 =308

Total time required to produce 46200 units in 150 lots

= 18 minutes/ unit x 46200units + 5.6 hours/ lot x 308 lots

=0.3 hours/ unit x 46200 units + 5.6 hours/ lot x 308 lots

= 13860 hours + 1724,8 hours

= 15584.80 hours

Calculation for Beta :

Number of lots to be produced = 28160 / 110 =256 lots

Total time required to produce 28160 units in 256 lots

= 24 minutes/ unit x 28160 units + 4.4 hours/ lot x 256 lots
