Hello people,

Some settings were tweaked on my new Excel program [virtually never opened before] at my local Windows Store by a technician helping me with pasting question re: using a source workbook that came from a company. The problem stumped two techs and it was never solved until after I got home and decided to export the data in the company's optional .CSV format instead of whatever their version of ".XLS" formatting meant.

Since we were both on the same track and he was in a hurry, I noticed after I got home that some settings entries were now checked/unchecked differently from before.

Can anyone tell me where I can find the defaault settings are for FILE > OPTIONS > ADVANCED just to make sure they are the same as when EXCEL was firrst installed so as not to create problems down the road? Many thanks ahead of time...Help me plz!!!!
