Explanation / Answer
1: The major styles of learning are Visual, Physical,Verbal, Aural,Logical,Social, Solitary.
My learning style is more of Visual. I love to learn things by watching something related to it so that I can remember that for long time ,.Image, colors, diagrams, Mind maps, videos etc can be helpful for me to learn fast and understand things quickly.
2:Suitable methods are particpating more on illustrative camps and team building exercise where people will interact more and they will present their ideas and thoughts visually and in oral format. Learning and development will be more effective through recollecting what has learned and converted that to short notes, diagrams and min maps which is helpful for revise those quickly after some days.
3: Lifelong learning helps in contunous improvement, to adapt with the changing requirement, open to learn new things helps in learning new softwares , administrative systems, new culture adapatability and technology upskilling which inturn will be useful for organisation. Productivity and effecciency of employees will be high if they regularly upskill themself.It helps in team colloboration and knowledge sharing.
