The purpose of the app is to allow users to place an order, and come to ElectroTacos to pick up their food. This app is currently being developed for the Android platform only, with plans in the near future to develop on iOS. The project has been ongoing for 2 months, with a timeline of 2.5 months (hard go-live date) and $18k budget. The customer is coming tomorrow (Tuesday) for the final demo (2 months into the project). Midday, your software development lead comes to you and says "Hey, the app's code has become corrupted, and functionality has been lost. It will take us 4 days to troubleshoot this, but we need to postpone the demo". As the PM, how do you approach this situation?
