1 Ans: I have selected a Swiss transnational, one of the largest food and drink company in the world "Nestle". It is headquarted in Switzerland.
Brief Introduction: Nestle is the world's largest food and beverage company ranging from global to local and countries around the world. It created one of the first baby formulas. It includes food products like breakfast cereals, coffee, tea, dairy products, our favourite maggie, ice creams etc.
The Nestle incorporated with India with products of global standards and is committed to long-term growth, and set up many factories. The company is built with Honesty, integirty in all aspects of its business. In India it has strong brands like Maggi, Nescafe, kit kat etc

2 Ans: Here are some of the marketing entry strategies adopted by both the organizations are as follows:
1. While introducing a product, reduce the prices and supply with smaller packages of products. That helps the people to make affordable.

4. Introducing new and intresting advertisement startegies for the product

The Political conditions depend on the policies that are governed by the government. Every nation has their different government and different policies which we need to follow.

The one is Global strategies based on price competition in 2 countries. The other one regional differentiation in marketing and requirement in production.
