This union represents the workers in the industrial sector. The International Brotherhood of Teamsters is one of the examples. An occupation in this union can be of the union leader.
This type of union represents the workers who are employed in artistic crafts like blacksmiths, bakers, etc. The United Auto Workers is one of the examples. A job role in this union can be of the employee representative.
C. Collective bargaining is the process of negotiation between the employees and the employer in which the focus is to achieve on an agreement to regulate the working conditions, salaries and benefits of the employees.
The United States Labor Law is focused on encouraging union activity and the National Labor Relations Act comes to its aid.
D. The Wagner Act of 1935 or the National Labor Relations Act is focused on establishing the right of workers to organize unions and gives them the framework of collective bargaining. This Act lays down the various rules and regulations to be followed for formation and conduct of labor unions. This act also defines the unfair labor practices, which need to be prohibited. In this way, the Wagner Act helps in stabilizing the position of unions in society.
E. The Taft-Hartley Act provides limitations to the influence of union. This act focuses to preserve the sanctity and freedom of choice of the employees.
