1.Instant Communication is helpful in real time time situation.It is very helpful for day to day life.Some of the example is as under:-

a.During Interviews which involves manager or director level postion.

b.Psycological interview

c.Decision Making

2.Web Blog contain the personal views of any one like twitter while Wikipedia is a collaboratively edited, multilingual, free Internet encyclopedia supported by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation.

Eg. of Blog like Chetan Bhagat,Engineering topic related views by different company.

Further anyone can make blog and share it with friends.

3.One person can't know everything about subject so if he has good network he can share it from the network.

4.Problem arises:-

-Online teaching can't clear all the doubt, because good teacher have quality to read the face of student.

-Sometime student is not able to raise query by writing or telling but teacher can understand just by look at his face.

-One to one interaction not possible.

5. Firewall:-In Computing, a firewall is a software or hardware-based network security system that controls the incoming and outgoing network traffic by analyzing the data packets and determining whether they should be allowed through or not, based on applied rule set.

Quality of service (QoS) is the overall performance of a telephony or computer network, particularly the performance seen by the users of the network.

Scalability is the ability of a system, network, or process to handle a growing amount of work in a capable manner or its ability to be enlarged to accommodate that growth.
