1) Yes it makes sense to have entity with one attribute. Entity is a kind of abstraction and attribute are its properties. so, It does not matter how many attributes an entity is having unless the attributes makes sense.

2) Relationship between entities may change with time. Example :

consider two entities A and B. Let B is youngest son of A. if after one year, A give birth to C, then now C is the youngest son of A and not B.
so the relationship that exists between A and B changed.

3) A plane is operated/flied by a pilot.
