The three teams I will be mentioning here are

The ratings for each of them in terms of communication and functions are as follows

Best - Marketing team at work

Medium - Local soccer team

Worst - New venture team

The difficulty that the new venture team faces is the lack of time. The team consists of a group of people who are engaged with their day job. At the same time, we participate in developing this new venture and often are unable to adhere to schedules. While we maintain an open communication channel through whatsapp, phones and emails the functionality of the operation suffers due to other high priority tasks.
