Explanation / Answer

If the customer lives in a large city, the time taken by the truck will vary based on the geographical location of the customer’s society. For example: If the customer resides near a market place or public institution, the traffic will be quite huge. In such a case, truck will take more time in delivering the goods. So, sending a text message when the truck is 10 miles away from the delivery is not an appropriate way of indicating the delivery.

This SLA favors the shipping company so that they can falsely state the fulfillment of the delivery on-time, even when the truck needs to cross 10 miles to deliver the goods to the customer.
